SNMP conﬁguration

The XP family of disk arrays supports standard Simple N etwork M anagement Protocol (SNMP) for

remotely managing the d isk a rray. The SNMP agent on the SVP performs error-reporting operations

requested by the SNMP manager. SNMP properties are usually set from the SVP but they can also be set

remotely using Remote Web Console XP, or Command View XP . For procedures, refer to the applicable
