4. Release the ZIF connector to which the TouchPad cable is

attached and disconnect the TouchPad cable

(Figure 5-12).

5. Slide the TouchPad bracket

toward the back of the

top cover.

6. Remove the TouchPad bracket

and TouchPad from the

top cover.

Reverse the above procedure to install the TouchPad.
