7. Lift up the back edge of the top cover

until the TouchPad

cable

prevents it from lifting any farther (Figure 5-14).

8. Release the ZIF connector

to which the TouchPad cable is

connected and disconnect the TouchPad cable

The LED board cable is included in the Cable Kit (spare part

number 251639-001).

9. Remove the top cover.

Reverse the above procedure to install the top cover.
